Constant fatigue, lack of energy, and daytime sleepiness have been a part of my life for the last five years. But two years ago, everything began to worsen noticeably... I could sleep 7-8 hours, but when I woke up, I had zero energy, and an hour after waking up, I felt like I hadn't slept at all.


I made myself breakfast, ate it, and... was already tired.
I got to work, and my only desire was to lie down and rest.
I lacked the strength to do even the most basic household chores. It became absolutely impossible to live in such a way.


I thought I had an iron deficiency, thyroid problem, anemia, gluten intolerance, or something else entirely. However, most of my tests came back normal or close to it.


That's when I decided to research all the possible reasons for my constant fatigue and find ways to solve the problem, which prevented me from enjoying life. For a whole year, I studied and applied everything I learned to myself to overcome constant fatigue and restore a healthy deep sleep.

 
In the end, it all worked out! So, what exactly has worked for me? Truthfully, I don't know.
